CF type plate filter series

This product is mainly used for the precise filtration of fluid materials in industries such as petroleum, coatings, pigments, food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, oils, and chemicals, as well as for the decolorization filtration of various liquids

Filtration principle

The metal wire mesh + filter aid + pressure metal mesh plate is composed of multiple layers of wire mesh and a frame. The filter can be applied to various filter AIDS such as diatomite, clay and bleaching earth. When filtering, the filter aid forms a filter cake on the mesh plate, which is normal filtration

Scope of application

Petrochemical industry: polyether diesel lubricating oil, white oil, transformer oil, paraffin mineral oil and various base oils

Oils and fats: crude oil, bleaching oil, chemical oil, wintering oil, stearic acid and various vegetable oils. Coatings: varnish, resin paint, real paint, dyes, etc

Food: gelatin, salad oil, starch, sugar syrup, monosodium glutamate, fruit juice, milk, and all kinds of alcohol and beverages

Pharmaceuticals: hydrogen peroxide, vitamins, glycerin, etc

Organic chemicals: various organic acids, alcohols, esters, benzene aldehydes, ethers, etc

Others: All kinds of additives and various water treatments

Structural features

The uniquely designed filter screen plate does not require filter paper or filter cloth, thus significantly reducing the filtration cost. The fully enclosed filtration operation is pollution-free and has no material loss. The automatic vibration slag dropping device can achieve automated continuous operation. The automatic valve slag discharge greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers
